Terms

These terms describe what you can expect from Gildor and what we expect from you. A formal Terms of Service will replace this page as the product matures. In the meantime, here are the essentials.

Your account

You are responsible for your account, the devices paired to it, and anything done with your sign-in. Up to five devices may be paired per user. You can revoke any device or delete the account at any time.

Billing

Gildor costs $14.99 per user, per month, plus usage. Metered usage is billed monthly along with your seat fees. Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically each month until you cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; you agree to Stripe's applicable terms.

Acceptable use

Do not use Gildor to break the law, target other people, generate content that exploits minors, or attack the service. We may suspend accounts that violate this section.

Data

Your conversations are yours. We do not use them to train models, and we do not sell or share them. See the Privacy page for details and the subprocessors list for the processors involved in delivering Gildor.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update or change features as we improve the product. Material changes affecting paid plans will be communicated in advance.
