Privacy

Gildor is built so your conversations stay yours. This page describes, in plain English, what happens to your data. We will replace this with a formal policy as the product matures.

Your conversations

All communication with Gildor is encrypted in transit. Your conversations are processed on Gildor's hosted infrastructure and never sold, never used to train anyone else's model. Gildor retains only the context needed to personalize your experience, and you can clear that memory at any time from inside the app.

How your data flows

Gildor processes your messages on hosted infrastructure that we operate. We work with model providers, cloud infrastructure, and vector storage to deliver Gildor, and your messages may pass through those services under their terms while we serve a response. We do not use your conversations to train models, and we do not sell or share your data.

The list of underlying processors is published at /legal/subprocessors. Material changes will be announced before they take effect.

Account data

We store the minimum required to operate your account: your sign-in identifier, billing reference, paired device list, and audit events (sign-ins, device pairings, key rotations). You can delete your account at any time, which removes this data within 30 days.

Security

Conversations are encrypted in transit between your devices and Gildor. Authentication uses signed identity tokens. Payment data is handled by our billing processor; Gildor never sees your card details.
